LOYA PRIVÉ is our way of saying thanks. It’s LOYA’s loyalty program, and it rewards you as you shop, explore and take care of your skin.

You can sign up easily via the 'Membership' widget in the bottom right corner of any page.

You’ll earn points with every order, for following us on Instagram, and as you move up through the LOYA PRIVÉ levels. It all adds up quickly.

You can trade your points for vouchers to use on your next order. More points, more savings.

Just log in to your account and open the “Membership” widget at the bottom right of the screen. Head to “Ways to redeem”, choose “Order discount”, and click “Redeem”. Pick how many points you’d like to use, and your discount voucher will be ready to go.

Points are awarded in GBP, which is our store’s base currency. If you’re shopping in EUR or CHF, the amount you spend will be converted into GBP at the current exchange rate. You’ll earn points based on that converted amount.

You can see how many points you’ll earn for each product right below the “Add to Cart” button. That number may change slightly depending on exchange rates.

When redeeming points, the same rule applies — your reward is calculated in GBP and then converted to match your local currency at checkout.

As a LOYA PRIVÉ member, you’ll get access to rewards like birthday treats and bonus points as you move up the tiers. The more you shop, the more good stuff comes your way.

Your level is based on how much you’ve spent over the last 12 months. As your total spend goes up, so do your benefits.
